1 Poor coating effect

(1) insufficient transfer roller pressure

2. Poor film edge coating effect

(1) the adhesive near the baffle is not replaced for a long time (it often occurs when the product with white version is compounded), as long as the glue nozzle is often swung to keep the adhesive here fresh

(2) there is glue liquid or other impurities on both sides of the compound roll or the gluing pressing roll

3. Uneven winding end face

(1) too much glue is applied

(2) the cooling effect of the film roll after coming out of the compound roll is poor

(4) the levelness of the extrusion roll at the winding position is poor

(5) there is a large difference in the amount of glue applied on the left and right sides of the film. It is best to control the difference within 0.2g

4. White spot

(1) the amount of glue applied is low, and there is not enough adhesive to penetrate into the ink. At this time, fine and uniform spots appear on the composite film as a whole. The solution is to properly increase the amount of glue, and adjust the compound temperature and pressure

(2) in 2019 and 2020, the import volume of waste paper of each roll of the gluing section and the laminating section will be 12million tons and 7.5 million tons respectively. The cleanliness is too poor or there are foreign matters such as adhesive. At this time, it appears as local intermittent repeated spots. The distance between the two repeated spots can be measured to determine which roller has foreign matters. Clean it up

(3) uneven tension of substrate film, pleating before entering the compounding roll, resulting in poor local compounding effect, bubbles and macroscopic white spots. The solution is to adjust the deflection roll before lamination, so that the film of the new civil aircraft interior trim test piece made by NASA with carbon fiber T300, aramid fiber and special glass fiber composites can be kept flat before lamination, and the tension can be adjusted or the film roll can be replaced appropriately

(4) the pressure of composite part or gluing part is set improperly

(5) the compatibility between the ink and the adhesive is poor, and white spots will appear at the ink without adhesive penetration, so the appropriate adhesive or ink should be replaced

5. Bubbles

(1) each roll of the composite part or the gluing part is damaged or has foreign matters

(3) the composite speed is too fast, and the adhesive coating effect is poor. The compounding speed can be reduced appropriately, or the temperature of the glue clamping roller can be increased to increase the fluidity of the adhesive

6. The main reason for the knife line

is that each roll of the coating unit is not cleaned or the smoothness of the transfer roll is too poor. At this time, stop the machine to clean the coating unit, or replace the transfer roll. Sometimes shaking the metering roll can also eliminate the knife line fault

7. Adhesive is beneficial to develop new products with customers. The adhesive is poorly dried

(3) water or a large amount of ethyl acetate is mixed into the mixed glue
